Hiring: Full-Time Facebook Ads Expert

We are looking for a full-time Facebook Ads expert to join our team for a long-term career opportunity.

We've been hiring talented professionals from the Philippines for over 10 years, and many of our tea ---------- mbers have been with us for years. We believe in building long-term relationships, treating people fairly, and creating opportunities for people who want to grow with our company.

We operate a rapidly growing Medicare health insurance agency and invest heavily in Facebook advertising. We're looking for someone who truly understands Facebook Ads and can help us take our campaigns to the next level.

This is not an entry-level position.

We're looking for someone who knows Facebook Ads Manager inside and out. If I get on a call with you and start asking detailed questions about Facebook advertising, campaign strategy, lead generation, optimization, and troubleshooting, I expect you to be able to answer confidently. If you don't have extensive experience managing Facebook Ads, this position probably won't be the right fit.

What We're Looking For
A lot of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
Strong understanding of campaign structure and optimization
Experience generating leads through Facebook Lead Forms
Experience building and optimizing landing page campaigns
Understanding of pixels, conversions, events, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and campaign scaling
Experience integrating Facebook with ---------- is a major plus
Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Someone who can help build new campaigns from the ground up while continuously improving existing campaigns
Someone who enjoys testing new ideas, creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve results
About the Position

You'll work directly with me to review our current advertising, identify what's working, fix what isn't, and help develop new campaigns that consistently generate high-quality Medicare leads.

This is a full-time position for someone looking to become a long-ter ---------- mber of our team—not a short-term consulting project.

Comfortable joining Zoo ---------- etings and discussing campaign strategy throughout the day
Able to clearly explain why campaigns succeed or fail and recommend improvements based on experience
Compensation

Compensation will be based on your experience, knowledge, and the value you bring to our business.
