About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Operations & Estimating Coordinator to support estimating, scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day executive operations.

This role is ideal for someone with construction industry experience who can interpret plans, prepare accurate estimates, coordinate installation schedules, and help the owner keep projects and internal operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and cost breakdowns.
  • Coordinate installation schedules, materials, crews, and project logistics.
  • Track project deadlines, pending items, and internal follow-ups.
  • Maintain organized estimating, scheduling, and operational records.
  • Assist with Excel-based reports, trackers, and cost calculations.
  • Perform basic QuickBooks tasks, including reviewing estimates, invoices, and financial records.
  • Support the owner with administrative and Executive Assistant–type responsibilities.
  • Anticipate operational needs, identify potential issues, and provide practical solutions.
  • Communicate with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure everyone remains informed and aligned.
  • Help improve workflows and ensure daily operations run efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction, estimating, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, labor, and project requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong internal communication and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
