Hiring: Full-Time AI Automation & AI Systems Expert

We are looking for a full-time AI Automation Expert to join our team for a long-term career opportunity.

We've been hiring talented professionals from the Philippines for over 10 years, and many of our tea ---------- mbers have been with us for years. We believe in building long-term relationships, treating people fairly, and creating opportunities for people who want to grow with our company.

We operate a rapidly growing Medicare health insurance agency and are looking for someone who lives and breathes AI. We want someone who is constantly learning, testing new tools, and finding ways to make businesses more efficient through automation and artificial intelligence.

This is not an entry-level position.

We're looking for someone who truly understands the AI landscape. If I get on a call with you and ask detailed questions about AI automations, Voice AI, AI receptionists, AI chatbots, workflow automation, integrations, or business processes, I expect you to be able to answer confidently. If you're still learning AI or only experimenting with it, this position probably won't be the right fit.

What We're Looking For
Extensive hands-on experience building AI automations
Strong understanding of Voice AI, conversational AI, AI chatbots, and AI texting systems
Experience integrating AI into real businesses to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
Experience with GoHighLevel AI, workflows, automations, and integrations
Knowledge of platforms like OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, Vapi, Retell AI, ---------- , n8n, Zapier, and other leading AI and automation tools
Ability to build AI receptionists, AI appointment setters, AI customer service systems, and AI follow-up workflows
Experience connecting CRMs, APIs, and third-party software into automated systems
Ability to identify repetitive business tasks and replace them with intelligent AI solutions
Someone who is always staying up to date with the newest AI tools and technologies
About the Position

You'll work directly with me to identify opportunities throughout our business where AI can save time, reduce costs, improve customer service, and increase revenue.

You'll help us build intelligent systems that automate repetitive work, improve communication with clients, streamline operations, and allow our team to focus on higher-value tasks.

This is a full-time position for someone looking to become a long-ter ---------- mber of our team—not a short-term consulting project.
