Skilled Intake Specialist – Financial Account (Pre-Settlement)

Behind every pre-settlement funding case is a person going through one of the toughest ---------- nts of their life — and you'll be the teammate who makes that process a little easier. As our Financial Intake Specialist, you'll be the first voice they hear, gathering the right information, moving cases forward efficiently, and making sure every client feels supported from the very first call.
This isn't just data entry. It's people work — and we take that seriously.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients seeking pre-settlement funding
Gather accurate case information — a ---------- details, attorney info, case status, and insurance data
Assess case eligibility and route to the appropriate funding team for review
Coordinate with attorneys and law firms to collect necessary documentation
Keep detailed, accurate records of every client interaction and case update
Follow up consistently to move cases through the pipeline without delays
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards
