English - Mandarin Outbound Dialer

We're looking for a full-time Outbound Dialer who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to join one of our client teams. If you're a confident communicator who thrives on the phone and can switch seamlessly between languages, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Make outbound calls to prospects/leads in both English and Mandarin-speaking markets
• Qualify leads, set appointments, and maintain accurate call logs
• Follow scripts and objection-handling frameworks while keeping conversations natural
• Hit daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Work closely with the sales/recruitment team to refine outreach strategy

What we're looking for:

• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales (cold calling experience is a strong plus)
• Comfortable working US business hours
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
• Strong listening skills, resilience, and a positive attitude toward rejection
