Estimator must have strong technical skills to read complete spec/plan/general conditions. Civil engineering degree required. Must be highly capable in BlueBeam, OpenAI, AutoCad, estimating, take off calculations, Excel, Microsoft Suite, technical communication, verbal communication, understanding of SPEC & PLANS!
