About the Role

Creative Production VA (Video Editor) – Remote

We're looking for a Creative Production VA to join our marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be editing high-performing Workers' Compensation and Motor Vehicle A ---------- (MVA) advertisements for Facebook , YouTube, and other social platforms.

Most of the videos you'll be working on are 45-60 second direct response ads, so we're looking for someone who understands short-form content and can produce clean, engaging edits quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Edit 45-60 second video advertisements (UGC, testimonials, podcast clips, etc.)
  • Add captions, B-roll, sound effects, and basic motion graphics when needed.
  • Create multiple creative variations for testing.
  • Maintain an organized file structure and consistent naming conventions across all creatives.
  • Accurately input creative data and follow our internal systems so the marketing team can easily track performance.
  • Organize and manage creative assets efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience editing short-form social media content.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow processes and maintain consistency across projects.
  • Proficiency with Veed, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Generally need you to be available five days a week, operating at Eastern Standard Time.
Main communication is through WhatsApp.
