About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist to join our growing orthodontic support team. This is a full-time remote role for someone who is comfortable speaking with prospective patients in both English and Spanish. You will be one of the first points of contact for new leads who have expressed interest in orthodontic treatment. Your main goal is to connect with leads quickly, build rapport, answer questions, overcome objections, and schedule them for a complimentary new patient consultation at one of our partner orthodontic practices. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, warm with patients, persistent with follow-up, and comfortable helping Spanish-speaking and English-speaking families take the first step toward orthodontic care.
What You’ll Do
Lead Engagement & Follow-Up
Contact new and existing leads promptly through outbound phone calls and text messaging
Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective patients in a timely manner
Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet scheduled
Meet or exceed daily outreach, contact, and scheduling goals
Accurately document all communication and lead activity in the CRM
Bilingual Patient Communication
Speak with prospective patients in both Spanish and English
Build trust and create a positive first impression of the practice
Understand each patient’s needs and level of interest in orthodontic treatment
Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally with patients and families
Make patients feel comfortable, heard, and supported
Appointment Setting & Scheduling
Educate leads on the value of a complimentary orthodontic consultation
Answer common questions about orthodontic treatment and the consultation process
Confidently overcome objections such as cost, timing, insurance, or uncertainty
Required Experience
Fluent or highly proficient in both Spanish and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls each day
Strong customer service, call center, appointment setting, or inside sales experience
Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with confidence
Positive, energetic, and self-motivated
Strong organization and time management skills
Comfortable learning CRM systems and scheduling software
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet home office environment
Available to work full-time during Mountain Time hours

Experience speaking with U.S.-based patients or customers
