We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Travel Concierge to support travelers before, during, and after their trips. This role involves travel planning, concierge support, customer service, research, and problem-solving to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers.
Research destinations, accommodations, restaurants, activities, and transportation options.
Create personalized travel itineraries and recommendations.
Coordinate reservations, bookings, and travel logistics.
Provide timely support and resolve travel-related issues.
Communicate professionally via email , chat, and phone.
Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to internal travel resources.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
Experience in travel, hospitality, concierge services, customer success, executive assistance, or luxury support.
Familiarity with travel booking platforms, airlines, hotels, and loyalty programs.
Passion for travel and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Schedule:
Thursday, Friday, Monday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST (12pm - 8pm Philippines time)
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (11pm - 7am Philippines time)
Tuesdays and Wednesdays OFF
