Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Payroll & HR Specialist

Work directly with a U.S. company from home.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper who can also handle Payroll and basic HR tasks. This is a long-term role with consistent work and clear processes. NIGHTTIME SHIFT

What You’ll Do:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, reconciliations, month-end close)
• Process payroll and ensure tax compliance
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and maintain employee records
• Send invoices and follow up on collections
• Maintain vendor records and payment schedules
• Prepare reports for CPA and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
• Strong payroll and basic HR experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable handling confidential information

Candidate should also be comfortable using Salesforce as their daily working tool, including:

• Lead & Contact Management: Creating, updating, and organizing lead/contact records; merging duplicates; maintaining clean data
• Pipeline Management: Moving deals through stages, updating opportunity records, logging activities (calls, emails, meetings)
• Reports & Dashboards: Pulling basic reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and activity tracking; reading dashboards to prioritize daily work
• Task & Follow-Up Management: Setting reminders, follow-up tasks, and using the calendar/activity feed to stay on top of prospects
• Email Integration: Logging emails to records (via Outlook/Gmail sync if connected), tracking opens/replies if enabled
• Basic Navigation: Comfortable moving between Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Reports tabs without hand-holding
