Betting Assistant (AU Sports Betting — Full Time, AEST Hours)

I run an Australian sports betting operation and need a full-time assistant to handle the day-to-day account work.
What you'll do:
Check bookmaker promotions each morning across multiple accounts and log them in a tracker
Place promotional bets following a detailed step-by-step guide (no betting knowledge or decision-making needed — you follow the rules I give you)
Sign up and manage accounts, deposits and withdrawals
Track bonus bet expiry dates so nothing is wasted
Reconcile bets and flag anything that looks wrong
General admin around all of the above
What I need from you:
Extremely detail-oriented. This work involves money and a typo costs real dollars. If you're the kind of person who double-checks, you'll do well here.
Fast and confident on a computer. A lot of this is horse racing, where prices move quickly and bets need to be placed within a short window. You'll be switching between tabs, working to a clock, and getting it right first time. Comfortable with keyboard shortcuts and multiple windows open at once.
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
Available Australian business hours, flexible around the racing and sports schedule
Good written English — we'll communicate constantly on Telegram
Willing to say "I'm not sure" and ask, rather than guess
Nice to have (not required): experience with matched betting, arbing, or Australian bookmakers. I'm happy to train the right person from scratch — attention to detail matters far more than betting experience.
This is not: a decision-making or handicapping role. You won't be picking bets. Everything is documented.
Full-time, long-term. Paid monthly via Wise, plus 13th month. There's room to grow into a senior role managing other assistants as the team expands.
