Virtual Leasing Coordinator – Training Provided / No Experience Required
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Virtual Leasing Coordinator to help us market and lease residential rental properties.
This is a fully remote position. We already have in-person tea ---------- mbers, maintenance staff, inspectors, and photographers who handle property visits, repairs, photography, and showings. Your role will be to coordinate the entire leasing process virtually and ensure every step is completed correctly.
Responsibilities
Vacancy Tracking and Property Readiness
- Maintain an accurate and updated list of all vacant properties.
- Track the condition and readiness of each property by communicating with our in-person team.
- Confirm that repairs, cleaning, inspections, photography, and compliance requirements are completed.
- Coordinate with photographers and other tea ---------- mbers to collect photos, property information, and updates.
Listing Creation and Online Marketing
- Create accurate and professional rental listings.
- Post properties on our designated rental websites and marketing platforms.
- Research and identify active local Facebook rental, housing, neighborhood, and community groups.
- Regularly market available properties in appropriate Facebook groups.
- Keep records of where and when every property was posted.
Tenant Communication and Follow-Up
- Respond to prospective tenants professionally and promptly.
- Organize inquiries and follow up with interested applicants.
Applicant Screening and Qualification
- Shortlist and prequalify applicants using our required process. Full training will be provided.
- Keep applicant information organized and ensure each applicant completes the required steps.
Showings and Leasing Coordination
- Coordinate qualified applicants with our in-person team for group showings.
- Follow up after showings and help move qualified applicants through the leasing process.
Reporting and Progress Updates
- Provide regular updates on vacancies, inquiries, applicants, showings, and leasing progress.
Requirements
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Excellent written communication.
Reliable internet connection and computer access.
Comfortable using Facebook , email , spreadsheets, shared documents, and online listing platforms.
Ability to follow a detailed workflow without skipping steps.
Ability to manage multiple properties and applicants at the same time.
Strong follow-up skills and a sense of urgency.
Dependable, honest, responsive, and willing to learn.
Note:
- Performance bonuses may be provided when properties are successfully rented within the same month they become available.
- No previous leasing experience is required. We will train you on our specific workflow, qualification process, systems, and organizational standards.
