Executive Virtual Assistant — US Automotive Company (Full-Time, EST Hours)

About us

We're a Florida-based automotive group running a 130+ vehicle rental fleet, a body shop, and a tech platform. Fast-moving, no bureaucracy, direct access to the owner. If you do good work you'll get more responsibility quickly.
The role

You'll work directly with the CEO handling admin, research, vendor communication, and whatever needs to get done that day. This is not a scripted call-center job — it's a "here's the outcome I need, go figure it out" job.
What you'll do

Manage tasks, notes, and databases in Notion (we'll train you)
Call US vendors, tow yards, and agencies to get information and follow up
Research: pricing, vendors, regulations, competitors — and summarize it clearly
Chase documents and signatures; keep trackers current
Handle web portals: government sites, payment systems, tolls
Draft email s and messages on the CEO's behalf
Send a short end-of-day report every day

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English — neutral/minimal accent, comfortable on the phone with Americans
Able to work 9:00 AM–6:00 PM US Eastern Time
Strong internet, quiet workspace, working headset and webcam
Highly organized, follows instructions precisely, asks questions when unclear
Can work independently without being chased
Comfortable with Google Workspace; Notion/CRM experience a plus

Nice to have

Experience with US businesses, automotive, insurance, or logistics
Any bookkeeping or QuickBooks exposure

Compensation
$1,000–1,400/month depending on experience. Paid twice monthly via Wise/Deel. Performance review at 90 days with a raise for strong performers. Paid time off after 6 months.
