About the Role

We're a fast-growing U.S. direct-to-consumer supplement company looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to help scale one of our fastest-growing customer acquisition channels.

We're not looking for someone who simply answers email s—we're looking for someone who can actively recruit, manage, and grow an affiliate program that drives real revenue.

Your Responsibilities
Affiliate Recruitment
Find and recruit new affiliates every day
Reach out to influencers, creators, coaches, bloggers, and communities
Build long-term affiliate relationships
Source affiliates through Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook , Reddit, and email outreach
Affiliate Management
Onboard new affiliates
Answer affiliate questions
Help affiliates maximize sales
Monitor performance and identify top performers
Reactivate inactive affiliates
Campaign Management
Coordinate launches and promotions
Send creative assets and discount codes
Keep affiliates informed of new products and offers
Track campaign performance
Performance Tracking
Monitor affiliate sales
Analyze conversion rates
Report weekly KPIs
Identify opportunities for growth
Relationship Building
Build genuine relationships with affiliates
Negotiate higher-volume partnerships
Create incentive programs
Help top affiliates scale
Requirements
Must Have
2+ years managing affiliate programs
Excellent written English
Strong communication skills
Highly organized
Detail-oriented
Self-motivated
Comfortable working independently
Able to work during at least 4 hours of U.S. business hours
