Outbound Social Media Appointment Setter

We are Micu Growth Consulting, LLC. We work with $1M–$15M mid-market companies to transition their operations from human-constrained workflows to AI-augmented engines.

The Role:
We need a proactive, highly organized Social Engagement Specialist for 10 hours per week. This is a 100% non-voice role. You will serve as the frontline of our marketing engine, converting social media attention into booked appointments through written communication.

Your Direct Responsibilities:

• Social Domination: Execute high-volume outbound DMs, respond to comments, and initiate written conversations across our connected platforms (X.com, YouTube) to generate appointments.
• CRM Execution: You will operate entirely inside our CRM (M Suite/GoHighLevel). You will manage the unified social inbox, input contacts, update pipelines, and trigger automated follow-up sequences.
• Quality Control: Maintain pristine grammar, tone, and formatting in every single message sent on behalf of the company.

Requirements:

• Exceptional written communication skills. You must be able to write persuasively, concisely, and professionally.
• Experience with GoHighLevel (M Suite). You must understand pipelines, tagging, and managing the unified inbox.
• High technical aptitude, extreme attention to detail, and a relentless, results-driven mindset.
