The Role:
We need a proactive, highly organized Outbound Sales Appointment Setter for 30-40 hours per week. You will serve as the frontline of our sales engine, converting attention into booked appointments.
Your Direct Responsibilities:
- Outbound Action: Execute high-volume outbound dials to qualified leads daily.
- Social Engagement: Manage social DMs, respond to comments, and initiate outbound conversations across our connected platforms to generate appointments.
- CRM Execution: You will operate 100% inside our CRM (M Suite/GoHighLevel). We will provision an account for you with email , phone, SMS, and social connected. You will input contacts, manage pipelines, and trigger automated follow-up sequences.
Requirements:
- Zero fear of the phone. You must be comfortable executing high-volume outbound calls.
- Experience with GoHighLevel (M Suite). You must understand pipelines, tagging, and workflow triggers.
- High technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a relentless, results-driven mindset.
