General (Store) Manager for E-commerce Shopify Dropshipping – Fashion & General

We are a fast-scaling international e-commerce company focused on Shopify dropshipping in the fashion niche (typical fashion model) and general products (home, decor, and lifestyle).

Our business operates with large product catalogues, high-volume structures, and a strong focus on Google Ads-driven dropshipping. In addition, we are building out branded concepts alongside our core operations.

We are looking for a highly experienced General Manager who understands this exact model and can take full ownership over backend operations, structure, and scaling.

This is not a beginner role, we are specifically looking for someone who has already worked within fashion dropshipping and/or large-scale general stores.

You will step into an already established team structure, including:

  • Customer Service Manager
  • Google Operational Manager
  • Listing teams and support staff
  • Head of Finance
  • Creative Director & Shopify Website Devolper

Your role is to lead, structure, and optimize the entire operation.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple Shopify stores
  • Manage and coordinate multiple departments (each with its own manager)
  • Conduct weekly performance meetings
  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements
  • Take ownership over operational KPIs

Supply Chain & Product Oversight

  • Monitor product quality with suppliers
  • Handle OOS situations and similar variants
  • Resolve tracking issues and address problems
  • Oversee delivery timelines and supplier performance
  • Manage supplier communication and quotations

Financial & Performance Oversight

  • Monitor refund rates and chargeback rates
  • Protect and improve operational margins
  • Identify leaks and inefficiencies
  • Forecast operational needs based on growth

System & Process Development

  • Develop and improve internal systems
  • Build scalable workflows
  • Work with developers on automation and integrations
  • Contribute to CRM development
  • Optimize reporting structures

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Shopify dropshipping
  • Proven experience in fashion dropshipping (typical fashion model)
  • Experience with large product catalogues
  • Experience with Google Ads-driven dropshipping is a strong plus
  • Strong Shopify platform knowledge
  • Strong English communication
  • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making ability
  • Experience managing teams and enforcing accountability

  • Experience with Parcel Panel
  • Customer service leadership experience
  • Experience with Reamaze or Gorgias
  • Experience building internal systems or CRM
  • Technical understanding (working with developers)
  • Experience with payment processor risk / scaling issues
