We're not looking for someone who makes beautiful videos.
We're looking for someone who makes videos that make money.
If that distinction means something to you, keep reading. APPLY WITH THE WORD 'coffee' at the beginning, with this we prevent spam, we dont check application without.
About Us
We're building one of the fastest-growing direct response supplement brands in women's health.
Everything we do runs on one engine: creative. Not influencer deals, not retail placement, not a slow brand-awareness burn. We win by making advertising that outperforms everyone else in the category — then making more of it, faster than anyone else can react.
That means we're obsessed with the things most brands treat as an afterthought. Hooks. Retention curves. Angles. Awareness stages. The three seconds that decide whether a woman keeps scrolling or finally feels understood. We test relentlessly, we kill our darlings without sentiment, and we let the numbers settle every argument.
Our goal isn't to be a nice little brand. It's to be one of the largest in the category. Creative is how we get there — which makes this role one of the most important seats in the company.
The Role
You will own creative production across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and every other paid channel we run.
This is not "editing videos." Editing is a skill you already have — it's the price of admission, not the job.
The job is turning a raw idea, a script, a scroll of customer language and a pile of AI-generated footage into an ad that converts cold traffic into paying customers. You'll be handed angles, hooks and avatars, and you'll be expected to bring them to life at a volume and quality level most editors can't touch — because half of what you produce won't be filmed at all. It'll be built, frame by frame, inside AI tools that didn't exist eighteen months ago.
Every creative you ship has exactly one purpose:
Generate profitable revenue.
Not impress a director. Not win a Vimeo staff pick. Not look good in your reel. Make money — measurably, repeatedly, at scale.
If that sounds reductive to you, this is the wrong role. If it sounds like the most interesting creative constraint in the world, we should talk.
Responsibilities
Direct response editing
Edit high-converting UGC ads that feel native, urgent and real
Cut testimonial content that builds belief instead of just showing a talking customer
Build VSL-style long-form content that holds attention for minutes, not seconds
Produce product demonstrations that make the mechanism obvious and undeniable
Engineer the first three seconds of every ad as a standalone scroll-stopper
Build performance-first creatives — never aesthetic edits dressed up as ads
AI video production
Create fully AI-generated video ads from scratch — script to final export
Work with AI talking heads and build realistic AI avatars
Produce AI voiceovers and clean, believable lip sync
Run image-to-video workflows and build scenes inside AI video tools
Operate fluently across Veo, Runway, Kling, Hailuo, Higgsfield, Pika, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, Claude — and whatever ships next month
Stay ahead of the tooling. The stack changes fast; we expect you to change with it
Craft
Motion graphics that support the message instead of decorating it
Sound design that carries pacing and emotion
Caption animation built for silent, thumb-driven viewing
Volume and velocity
Build dozens of creative angles every week
Produce multiple variations per concept for structured creative testing
Iterate winners fast — new hooks, new intros, new proof, new CTAs
Organize creative assets so nothing gets lost and everything gets reused
Build reusable editing systems, templates and workflows that compound your output over time
Collaboration
Work directly with the marketing team to read results and rapidly iterate on what's winning
Bring your own creative angles to the table — you're a strategist with an editing timeline, not a pair of hands
Requirements
Read this section carefully. If you don't meet these, please don't apply — we'd rather leave the seat open than fill it with someone who needs to be taught the fundamentals.
Non-negotiable:
Proven direct response experience — ads that ran, spent real budget, and produced results you can point to
Hands-on experience editing Meta ads
Experience working with DTC brands
Working understanding of US consumer psychology and how Americans actually buy
Strong grasp of hooks, retention, pacing and conversion psychology — you know why an ad drops off at second seven
Real experience with AI creative tools, and the ability to build a finished video from scratch using AI
Strong storytelling instincts
Excellent English
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently, without hand-holding or daily check-ins
Ability to take blunt feedback and turn it around fast
Highly preferred:
Experience in the supplement space
Portfolio requirement:
A portfolio showing high-performing ads is required. Not a showreel. Not a mood piece. Actual ads that ran on paid traffic, ideally with context on how they performed. If you can't show us work that sold something, we can't move forward.
Bonus Skills
Not required — but they'll move you up the list:
Motion design
3D
VFX
After Effects
Cinema 4D
Creative strategy
Copywriting
Thumbnail design
Understanding of landing pages and post-click experience
Ability to read Meta metrics and interpret them correctly
The ability to look at an ad and articulate why it won or lost
That last one is rarer than every other skill on this list. If you have it, say so.
Compensation
This is one of the biggest opportunities available to elite creative talent right now — and the structure reflects it.
Base: up to $2,000/month, depending on experience.
Performance bonuses: tied directly to winning creatives. When your ads hit agreed performance metrics — ROAS, CPA, spend thresholds or other KPIs — substantial monthly bonuses are paid on top of base.
Realistic top-performer range: $3,500–$4,000+/month.
We reward performance aggressively, and we're not shy about it. If you produce the creative that scales this company, your compensation scales with it. There is no ceiling written in stone here — there's only what you're worth to the business, and we intend to pay it.
The flip side: this structure is designed to be great for the best editors in the world, and unremarkable for everyone else. That's on purpose.
Culture
We move extremely fast. Speed is a real competitive advantage in this business and we treat it that way.
We test constantly. Most of what we make will lose, and that's fine — the losers pay for the winners.
There is no ego. Nobody defends a creative because they made it. The data decides, and we all move on within the hour.
Ideas win. Execution wins. Speed wins.
We care about outcomes, not hours logged. Nobody is counting your time. We're counting your winners.
Who Should NOT Apply
We're being specific here so we don't waste your time or ours.
Don't apply if you are:
A beginner editor
A wedding editor
A corporate video editor
A music video editor
An editor without direct response experience
An editor without AI workflow experience
An editor whose skill ceiling is basic CapCut
Someone who doesn't understand how paid advertising actually works
None of these are insults — they're different crafts, and some of them are harder than what we do. They're just not this job. Applying anyway will only get you a fast rejection.
Hiring Process
Portfolio review — we look at your ads, not your reel.
Practical editing assignment — a real brief, judged on DR instincts as much as execution.
Interview — creative thinking, tooling, how you diagnose a losing ad.
Paid trial — real work, real feedback loop, paid properly.
Offer.
We move quickly at every stage. We expect the same from you.
Apply
Send us:
Your portfolio — with the ads that performed, and the context on how they performed
One paragraph on the best-performing ad you've ever made, and why you think it won
A short note on which AI video tools you use and what you've built with them
If you're the editor we're describing, you already know it. Show us.
