TrueTruck Auto Transport is a US-based auto transport brokerage. We connect customers who need to ship vehicles with the carriers who move them, and we built this company on a simple idea: be honest with customers, every single time. That means accurate quotes, real timelines, and no games. It's how we want every conversation to sound.

We're looking for a sharp, motivated coordinator to handle the day-to-day communication that keeps shipments moving — talking and texting with customers, working leads, negotiating with carriers, and posting loads on the major dispatch boards.

This is a hands-on operations role where you'll wear several hats and have a direct impact on whether a load gets booked, dispatched, and delivered cleanly.

You don't need prior auto transport experience. We'll train you on everything. What we need is excellent English, quick thinking, and someone who can hold their own on the phone and over text.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to inbound customer leads via phone and text — quote shipments, explain the process, and book the job
  • Handle a high volume of text message conversations with customers, leads, carriers, and drivers throughout the day
  • Cold call leads when other work is quiet (this is a steady part of the role, not the main focus, but it matters)
  • Communicate with existing customers — provide updates, answer questions, handle issues professionally
  • Post loads on Super Dispatch and Central Dispatch
  • Negotiate rates with carriers and dispatchers to get loads moved at the right price
  • Verify carrier insurance and authority before dispatching
  • Coordinate with carriers and drivers throughout pickup and delivery — confirm details, troubleshoot delays, keep everyone on the same page
  • Keep our internal CRM up to date with accurate notes on every customer, lead, and load
  • Flag problems early — a late driver, a customer concern, a carrier that won't pick up the phone

What We're Looking For

  • This role requires real-time thinking on the phone and clear, professional writing over text. You'll be talking to US customers who want clear answers, texting back and forth with leads who are comparing quotes and negotiating with carriers who push hard on rates. You need to:
  • Listen carefully, respond clearly, and not get rattled
  • Write quick, professional text messages with correct grammar and a natural American tone
  • Stay honest with customers even when it's not what they want to hear — it's how we operate
  • Push back politely but firmly when a carrier's rate doesn't work
  • Juggle multiple shipments and text threads at different stages without dropping the ball

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English — near-native fluency, minimal accent, clean writing
  • Able to think and respond on your feet during live phone calls
  • Fast, accurate typing — a lot of this job is texting
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Comfortable on the phone — this is a phone-heavy and text-heavy role
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools: email , messaging apps, CRM software
  • Available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM US Eastern Time, consistently
  • Responsive during your shift

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Prior experience in auto transport, logistics, freight brokerage, or dispatch
  • Sales, cold calling, or call center experience
  • Customer service experience with US customers
  • Familiarity with Super Dispatch, Central Dispatch, or any TMS/CRM software

We provide the phone system, software access, and training. You bring the work ethic and the English.
