Bookkeeper

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to support our finance team. This is a full-time remote role focused on day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and other routine accounting tasks.

You don't need to be a CPA, but you should have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping processes and be comfortable working with accounting software. You'll receive training on our workflows, so we're looking for someone who learns quickly, works independently, and takes ownership of their tasks.

Must Have
-2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
-Good understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
-Experience using SAP and Zoho books
-Experience with: Bank reconciliations, Accounts Receivable (AR), Journal entries, Invoice and receipt processing
-Experience in performing income reconciliations, supplier reconciliations and preparing GST reports
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Able to follow accounting procedures consistently
-Can work independently after training
-Good written and spoken English
-Available to work full-time during Israel business hours

Responsibilities
-Record and classify financial transactions
-Perform daily bank reconciliations
-Review bank statements and match incoming payments
-Process customer payments and close invoices in the accounting system
-Generate receipts and maintain accurate financial records
-Create basic journal entries
-Set up new customers in the accounting system
-Prepare basic accounting reports when needed
-Perform income reconciliations, supplier reconciliations and prepare GST reports
-Assist with simple payroll tasks for small teams
-Support GST and other routine reporting as assigned
-Work closely with the finance team to ensure records are accurate and up to date

Plus to Have:
-Experience with other accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms
-Experience supporting companies based in Singapore or Hong Kong
-Familiarity with GST reporting
-Experience working remotely with international teams
