WEB DEVELOPER, AI AUTOMATION AND CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Full-Time Remote Position — Philippines

Company: Alpine Provisions

Location: Remote, Philippines

Schedule: Full-time with partial overlap with United States business hours

Reports to: Founder and Marketing Leadership

Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 USD per month, depending on experience and demonstrated technical ability

Employment Type: Long-term remote contractor

Alpine Provisions is a premium body-care company inspired by mountains, nature and outdoor living.

Our products use mountain-sourced essential oils, elevated natural scent profiles and plastic-conscious packaging. Our customers are active, health-conscious people who care about how they look, feel, smell and live.

Approximately 75 percent of our customers are men and 25 percent are women.

We are building a scalable creator partnership program that recruits outdoor, fitness, grooming, wellness, dating, lifestyle and personal-care creators to produce high-performing user-generated content for Alpine Provisions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly capable Web Developer, AI Automation and Creator Partnerships Manager to build, manage and continuously improve our creator recruitment and UGC operations system.

This is not a standard virtual assistant position.

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled operator who can build web-based systems, create AI automations, connect software platforms, troubleshoot workflows and manage creator outreach and partnerships.

The role combines:

Web development

AI workflow design

No-code and low-code automation

API and webhook integrations

Creator research and outreach

CRM development and management

Shopify and ShipBob operations

Creator applications and onboarding

Content uploads and approvals

Affiliate attribution and commission management

Reporting and process improvement

You will build and manage the system that moves a creator through the following process:

Creator discovered

Creator qualified

Creator contacted

Creator responds

Creator completes an application

Creator signs an agreement

Product is shipped

Delivery is confirmed

Content is submitted

Content is reviewed and approved

Advertising permissions are collected

Sales are attributed

Commission is calculated and paid

You should be equally comfortable building a website or creator portal, creating an automation in Make or Zapier, organizing data in Airtable, connecting APIs, troubleshooting Shopify workflows and communicating professionally with creators.

We need someone who takes ownership. You must be able to identify problems, recommend better solutions, document processes and manage the entire creator partnership pipeline.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. BUILD THE CREATOR MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

Design, build and maintain a centralized platform for managing creators from initial discovery through commission payment.

The system should track:

Creator name and contact information

Instagram and TikTok handles

Follower count

Content category

Audience information

Creator qualification score

Outreach history

Application status

Agreement status

Shipping address

Assigned products

Product shipment

Tracking number

Delivery confirmation

Content deadline

Submitted content

Revision requests

Approval status

Meta Partnership Ad permissions

Attributed sales

Commission earned

Payment status

The final system may use a combination of custom web development, Airtable, Shopify, Make, Zapier, Google Workspace, Slack, Meta tools, affiliate platforms and other approved software.

The system must be organized, secure, reliable and easy for the Alpine team and creators to use.

2. DEVELOP WEB-BASED CREATOR EXPERIENCES

Build and manage an Alpine-branded creator website or portal.

The creator portal should allow creators to:

Create a profile

Enter their name and contact information

Submit their Instagram and TikTok handles

Enter their follower count

Provide audience information

Enter their shipping address

Select or receive an assigned product

Review campaign instructions

Sign agreements

View shipping status

Access scripts and production briefs

Upload raw and edited content

Receive revision requests

View approval status

View attributed sales and commissions

The portal should be mobile-friendly, professional and simple to use.

You should understand user experience, website structure, forms, databases, authentication and secure file uploads.

3. DEVELOP AI AND AUTOMATION WORKFLOWS

Build and maintain automations that reduce manual work throughout the creator program.

Automations may include:

Scoring creators based on Alpine’s ideal creator profiles

Categorizing creators by niche and archetype

Generating personalized outreach messages

Creating creator records automatically

Detecting creator replies

Updating outreach statuses

Sending an application link when a creator expresses interest

Sending follow-up reminders

Triggering agreements and onboarding instructions

Creating creator product orders

Updating shipping and delivery statuses

Sending delivery notifications

Sending content reminders

Organizing uploaded content

Alerting managers when content requires review

Generating unique creator links and codes

Calculating eligible commissions

Creating weekly performance reports

All automations must be reliable, documented and compliant with platform policies.

We are not looking for unsafe Instagram bots, unauthorized scraping systems or automations that place Alpine’s accounts at risk.

4. CONNECT SHOPIFY AND SHIPBOB

Build and manage the process that sends approved creators a UGC product package.

The workflow should:

Create or trigger a creator sample order in Shopify

Apply the correct creator and campaign tags

Send the order to ShipBob

Confirm fulfillment

Capture the tracking number

Update the creator’s profile

Notify the creator when the package ships

Notify the Alpine manager when the package is delivered

Trigger content deadlines after delivery

Prevent duplicate or unauthorized shipments

You should be comfortable working with Shopify, ShipBob, APIs, webhooks, order tags and fulfillment exceptions.

5. RESEARCH AND QUALIFY CREATORS

Find creators with approximately 5,000 to 100,000 followers who align with Alpine’s brand and customers.

Priority creator categories include:

Hiking

Trail running

Climbing

Skiing and snowboarding

Mountain biking

Camping

Van life

Strength training

Hybrid fitness

Men’s grooming

Body care

Natural wellness

Sustainable lifestyle

Dating and relationship content

Couples content

Gift recommendations

Men’s lifestyle

Personal development

You will review:

Creator bios

Recent videos

Speaking ability

Camera presence

Engagement quality

Audience relevance

Brand fit

Professionalism

Brand safety

Previous partnerships

The goal is not to build the largest possible creator list.

The goal is to identify creators whose content can represent Alpine and sell the product.

6. MANAGE CREATOR OUTREACH

Manage consistent and personalized outreach through Instagram and email .

Responsibilities include:

Contacting qualified creators

Personalizing opening messages

Recording all outreach activity

Sending follow-ups

Responding to common creator questions

Directing interested creators to the application portal

Escalating compensation or contract negotiations

Maintaining a professional Alpine brand voice

Removing creators who decline or request no further contact

Preventing duplicate outreach

Outreach must be thoughtful and relevant.

We do not want generic copy-and-paste spam.

Initial outreach may be manual or completed through approved human-supervised systems.

7. MANAGE CREATOR APPLICATIONS AND ONBOARDING

Review creator applications and confirm that candidates meet Alpine’s requirements.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing creator profiles and portfolios

Verifying creator information

Requesting audience screenshots when necessary

Confirming shipping information

Assigning products and scents

Sending agreements

Confirming signatures

Providing scripts and production briefs

Explaining deadlines and deliverables

Answering creator questions

Maintaining accurate creator records

Creators should receive a professional, organized and responsive experience.

8. MANAGE UGC CONTENT COLLECTION AND APPROVAL

Ensure creators submit complete and usable content on time.

You will manage:

Script assignments

Production briefs

Shot lists

Content deadlines

File uploads

Raw footage

Edited videos

Opening hook variations

Call-to-action variations

Revision requests

Final approvals

Meta Partnership Ad permissions

You will perform an initial quality-control review for:

Correct vertical format

Video resolution

Audio quality

Lighting quality

Product visibility

Missing deliverables

Copyrighted music

Platform watermarks

Competitor logos

Unsupported product claims

Incorrect brand messaging

Final creative approval will be completed with Alpine’s marketing leadership.

9. MANAGE ATTRIBUTION AND CREATOR COMMISSIONS

Maintain accurate records of creator-attributed sales and commissions.

This may include:

Creating unique creator links

Creating creator codes

Adding UTM tracking parameters

Connecting creators to an affiliate platform

Reviewing Shopify order attribution

Identifying first-time customer orders

Removing refunds, cancellations and chargebacks

Preparing commission statements

Flagging attribution disputes

Coordinating creator payouts

Maintaining payment records

Accuracy is critical.

Incorrect commission calculations or missing payment records will not be acceptable.

10. CREATE REPORTS AND IMPROVE THE SYSTEM

Create a clear weekly report covering:

Creators researched

Creators approved

Outreach messages sent

Response rate

Interested creator rate

Application completion rate

Creators accepted
