About Nuvance
Nuvance is a Dutch DTC and marketplace brand with many product categories such as consumer electronics, personal care, sports, and gadgets. Our aim is to improve everyday living with small but high quality products. We started out as a marketplace brand and grew out to be one of the biggest sellers on the Dutch marketplace Bol. With 2XXXX orders monthly.
Recently we started our own ecommerce store ---------- to sell directly to consumers. Currently most of these customers buy only once and most traffic comes from google ads. We do have an old klaviyo account which hasn’t been used since 2024 and a list of our new customers from 2026.
Our ambition
We want to build out our ecommerce store to a sales channel that activates our customers to keep coming back for more orders and become a well known name in the Benelux region. After we built a sustainable klaviyo environment we want to expand into a loyalty program that encourages people to become loyal customers. There is a lot of potential in this project and we aim to expand internationally from the Benelux region across all of Europe. We hope to find someone who is growth driven and wants to grow with us as a recurring member of our team.
What you will do
You will become the email marketing manager for Nuvance and take full responsibility and ownership of our klaviyo environment. Which means:
- Managing and optimizing all active flows
- Building new flows where gaps exist
- Planning and sending campaigns > we will give information about key dates and events
- Segmentation > with such a diverse assortment of products comes a lot of target audiences, deliver the right messages to the right people
- Monitoring performance and reporting key metrics
- Writing copy in English first, then translating to Dutch using AI tools > We prefer candidates who work with Claude
What we are looking for
- Proven experience with Klaviyo in a DTC or e-commerce context
- Understands email marketing fundamentals: flows, segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing
- Data-driven > you make decisions based on what the numbers say
- Takes ownership without needing constant direction
- Comfortable using AI tools for copy and translation
- Communicates clearly in English
- Preferably someone with experience into loyalty programs
