What You'll Do
Your mission is simple:
Fill our sales pipeline by booking qualified meetings through strategic LinkedIn outreach.
You'll be responsible for:
Crafting personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages.
Building genuine conversations with sales and marketing decision-makers.
Handling prospect replies, answering initial questions, and overcoming objections.
Moving conversations toward scheduled demo calls.
Continuously testing and optimizing messaging through A/B testing.
Managing outreach campaigns using LinkedIn and outreach automation tools.
Growing your own LinkedIn presence through thoughtful engagement, comments, and professional content.
Collaborating with our team to improve outreach strategies and increase conversion rates.
Success Looks Like
Your primary KPI is:
Book 10 Qualified Demo Meetings Every Week
You'll also work toward improving response rates through continuous optimization:
Month 1: 15–20%
Month 2: 25–30%
Month 3+: 35%+ (50% is our stretch goal)
We're looking for someone who enjoys testing, improving, and finding messaging that truly works.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is...
Proven experience booking B2B meetings through LinkedIn Outreach.
Skilled at writing short, persuasive, and personalized outreach messages.
Comfortable communicating with executives, founders, and marketing leaders.
Experienced with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools such as:
Dripify
HeyReach
Expandi
Waalaxy
Similar LinkedIn automation platforms
Self-driven and able to execute without constant supervision.
Fluent in written English with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
Minimum 1,000 LinkedIn connections
Network should primarily include professionals in:
B2B
SaaS
Marketing
Design
Technology
Active LinkedIn profile with regular engagement
Account in good standing (no recent restrictions)
