We’re seeking an Executive Coordinator (Female Only) to help drive smooth daily operations and support a passionate wellness-focused team. You’ll work in a people-first environment that encourages collaboration, initiative, and continuous growth.
What You’ll Do
-Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination
-Organize and handle email correspondence, including screening, prioritizing, and drafting responses
-Assist with project tracking, task management, and documentation
-Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as needed
-Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making
-Liaise with tea ---------- mbers and external contacts professionally
-Coordinate travel plans and logistics (as needed)
-Support HR, onboarding, and internal communication tasks
-Perform other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as required

Must Have:
-Above average typing speed of at least 50 wpm
-Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication skills
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
-Tech-savvy (familiar with Google Workspace, MS Office, and common online tools)
-Able to learn new software and processes quickly
-Proactive, resourceful, and committed to follow-through
-Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
-Prior experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or admin (preferred but not required)
-Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
