AI Video Creator — Long-term role producing viral short-form content

I'm hiring an AI Video Creator to produce short-form videos for a viral social media brand. Long-term role, consistent daily work, performance bonuses, real upside.

WHO I AM / WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
I'm building a portfolio of AI-driven social media accounts promoting a viral health supplement. I'm based in the US and I work fast, communicate clearly, and pay on time I'm not looking for someone to "just do tasks", I'm looking for someone who genuinely cares about the craft, takes ownership, and wants to grow with the company.

I'm building out a full content team. The first 1-2 operators I bring on will have the chance to grow into team lead / manager roles as we scale, with significantly higher pay. If you want a long-term home, not a short-term gig, this is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Producing 3-4 short-form videos per day:
1. Generate base character image in Nano Banana Pro (Google Flow)
2. Animate using Veo 3.1
3. Use Claude to write the prompts (formulas provided)
4. Edit the final clip — captions, pacing, transitions, on-screen text. CapCut preferred, but use whatever you're proficient in.
5. Upload to ---------- and log in Notion

Each video takes roughly 45-75 minutes once trained. Total time per day: 3-5 hours.

This is NOT traditional video editing. You will be generating videos from scratch using AI tools — not cutting raw footage.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong written English
• Proven AI video generation experience
• Available 5-6 days per week (7 days possible for max earnings)
• Wise for payments

COMPENSATION
$3.50 per video, paid weekly via Wise.

• 3 videos/day x 6 days/week ? $315/month
• 4 videos/day x 6 days/week ? $420/month
• 4 videos/day x 7 days/week ? $490/month
• Performance bonuses when videos go viral
• Team lead role potential as we scale
