We're expanding our remote team and looking for a Technical Support Specialist who enjoys solving technical challenges and helping customers succeed. Whether you're an experienced support professional or a recent graduate eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers through our support channels by providing clear, professional, and friendly responses
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues while delivering accurate solutions
  • Create, update, and track Jira tickets, escalating issues when appropriate
  • Develop an understanding of each customer's business to provide tailored support
  • Offer basic Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) recommendations with guidance from the team
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer support experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable thinking beyond standard support scripts
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, or technology companies
  • Hands-on experience using Shopify
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and customer support/ticketing platforms
  • Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and best practices

WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP:

  • Full-time, remote
  • 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
