What You'll Do:
- Assist customers through our support channels by providing clear, professional, and friendly responses
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues while delivering accurate solutions
- Create, update, and track Jira tickets, escalating issues when appropriate
- Develop an understanding of each customer's business to provide tailored support
- Offer basic Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) recommendations with guidance from the team
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer support experience
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable thinking beyond standard support scripts
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, or technology companies
- Hands-on experience using Shopify
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and customer support/ticketing platforms
- Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and best practices
WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP:
- Full-time, remote
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
