Sydney’s Hotshots is one of Australia’s longest-running live entertainment productions, touring Australia and New Zealand for over 20 years. We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and enthusiastic Social Media Community Posting Assistant to help promote our events across Facebook and other online communities.
Position Details
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: 6 hours per day
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sydney, Australia time
Pay: Starting from AUD $3 per hour (with opportunities for increases based on performance)
Long-term position for the right person
Your Responsibilities
Post our event promotions into >Facebook com munity groups and local event pages.
Join new Facebook groups and build relationships with group administrators.
Follow different posting rules for each community.
Keep accurate records of where content has been posted.
Submit events to local “What’s On” websites and community calendars.
Report daily on completed work.
Work closely with our marketing team to maximise ticket sales.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written English.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and computer.
Experience using Facebook professionally.
Able to follow systems and procedures.
Organised and self-motivated.
Comfortable working independently.
Previous social media or community management experience is highly regarded.
Bonus Skills
Experience with Canva.
Basic photo editing.
Experience with CRM systems.
Experience working with Australian businesses.
