About the Role
We are looking for an organized and experienced VA to help coordinate a small online research team for an online education company. You will manage daily research tasks, check VA work, and keep the process running smoothly.
Your Role
- Manage and review daily research tasks
- Check Google Sheets for accuracy
- Provide feedback to research VAs
- Prepare simple weekly summaries
- Ensure SOPs are followed
- Report progress and improve processes
Schedule
- 20 hours per week to start
Requirements
- Strong written English
- VA, admin, or operations experience
- Good Google Sheets skills
- Experience reviewing or managing others' work
- Strong attention to detail and ownership
- VA management experience is a plus
