I am looking for an experienced Simpro Virtual Assistant to support Australian trades businesses by managing administrative operations, job scheduling, invoicing, and workflow coordination through Simpro.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage jobs, work orders, and scheduling using Simpro
-Create and process quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and job costings
-Coordinate with technicians, field staff, suppliers, and customers
-Maintain accurate customer, supplier, and job records
-Monitor job progress and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
-Provide general administrative support and assist with daily operational tasks
Requirements
-Previous experience as a Simpro VA supporting Australian businesses
-Hands-on experience using Simpro (essential)
-Experience in industries such as Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Security, or Construction
-Strong understanding of Australian trades workflows and job management processes
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
-Experience with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
-Knowledge of quoting, invoicing, payroll, and inventory management
-Experience supporting field technicians and scheduling teams
-Previous remote experience working with Australian clients
