About the Role

About the Role
We help brands make meaningful, measurable connections with talent, media, and consumers. Working across entertainment, lifestyle, beauty, and CPG, we connect the right people to the right products at the right time.
We're expanding our execution team and looking for a full-time, highly organized, and proactive Influencer Outreach & Sourcing Specialist. This role combines deep influencer sourcing and data curation with active, relationship-driven outreach and negotiation. You'll review creative briefs, build highly targeted creator databases, and manage the full outbound communication pipeline to execute high-performing ambassador, UGC, and affiliate campaigns.

Work Structure & Requirements
Location: Remote / Virtual
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Time Zone: Must work entirely within PST business hours
Compensation: $7 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Sourcing & List Building

Receive detailed campaign briefs outlining partner brand identities, aesthetics, values, and visual guidelines
Research, identify, and vet creators, UGC talent, and affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Collect, verify, and organize precise creator analytics, including follower counts, engagement rates, location, audience demographics, and niche categories
Maintain clean, organized influencer databases and tracking pipelines

2. Cold Outreach & Relationship Management

Execute high-volume outbound email , Instagram DM, and TikTok platform outreach campaigns to prospective partners
Deliver clear, professional, and personalized communication to build strong rapport and nurture long-term relationships with creators
Coordinate the distribution of creative briefs, product requirements, and content timelines to onboarded influencers

3. Negotiation, Contracts & Onboarding

Handle end-to-end partnership negotiations, adjusting collaboration terms and closure parameters to align with campaign goals
Prepare influencer contracts, approve sample requests, and ensure legal and administrative alignment
Manage TikTok Shop Affiliate Programs, targeted affiliate recruitment, and commission structures

4. Campaign Operations & Tracking

Coordinate product gifting, sample distribution pipelines, and inventory fulfillment via Shopify
Manage CRM software workflows and data accuracy across team systems
Monitor content deliverables, verify posting schedules, and track affiliate promo or conversion codes

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 3–5+ years of direct experience in influencer sourcing, talent scouting, cold outreach, or campaign coordination
Platform Mastery: Expert navigation of TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads Manager, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems
Tech Stack & CPG Tools: Hands-on experience with influencer discovery and CRM platforms such as GRIN, Modash, Refersion, ClickUp, and Shopify
Communication: Fluent written and verbal English communication skills with an innate ability to draft highly engaging pitch copy
Data Hygiene: High level of comfort working with spreadsheets, building lists, running data entry, and reviewing sales/engagement reports
