Schedule appointments and coordinate technicians efficiently
Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and field technicians
Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
Provide general administrative and operational support
Requirements
Previous experience as a ServiceM8 Virtual Assistant supporting Australian businesses
Hands-on experience using ServiceM8 (essential)
Experience supporting Australian trades businesses such as Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Security, or Cleaning
Strong understanding of Australian scheduling, dispatching, and workflow processes
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
-Experience with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
-Experience with customer service, scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing
-Familiarity with Australian trades industry terminology and workflows
-Previous experience working remotely with Australian clients
