Excellent Short-Form Video Editor Wanted (TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts)

We are looking for a full-time Short-Form Video Editor to join our growing team. This role is for someone experienced in short-form content who understands what captures attention in the first few seconds and has a strong instinct for creating videos that perform well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Strong understanding of viral content, audience retention, and social media trends
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Must have your own Adobe Premiere Pro license/software
• Ability to create engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, captions, sound effects, and transitions
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Creative, innovative, and highly detail-oriented
• Open to feedback and able to implement revisions quickly
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience editing 4K video is a plus
• Using a MacBook or being able to edit Mac files is preferred
• Knowledge of graphic design (Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form clips
• Identify compelling ---------- nts, hooks, and storylines from raw footage
• Create attention-grabbing captions, graphics, and visual elements
• Stay current on social media trends and recommend content ideas
• Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve content performance

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and the other people who apply to the job.
