META MEDIA BUYER – B2B & B2C HIGH-TICKET LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST (FULL TIME)

Solar experience a strong advantage – not a requirement.

Salary: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month (based on experience) + performance bonuses
Location: Remote
Time Zone Overlap: Minimum 4 hours with US (PST or EST) or UK business hours
Tracking Software: Time Doctor required

We are a fast-growing AI appointment generation agency. We help our clients turn ad spend into premium leads and sales-qualified appointments – the kind that convert into high-ticket sales, long-term contracts, and lasting customer value.

At our core, we are a high-ticket lead generation agency. We're looking for a skilled Meta Media Buyer with a proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads (and B2C where relevant) through Meta Ads – in any high-intent, consultative, high-ticket vertical.

Solar is one of our largest verticals (UK and USA), so direct solar lead gen experience is a strong advantage. But it is NOT a requirement. What is non-negotiable is proven high-ticket lead gen skill that transfers – work where each lead carries real value, the sales cycle is consultative, and the buyer is qualified before they ever reach sales. If you've consistently driven qualified leads and appointments in high-ticket verticals (B2B services, finance, real estate, healthcare, B2B SaaS, home services, premium consultations, and similar) and can adapt fast, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL MANAGE

  • Large monthly ad budgets across multiple client accounts
  • Full campaign lifecycle: strategy, setup, optimisation, scaling, and reporting
  • Advanced audience segmentation and lookalike modelling
  • CRM and automation integrations: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Calendly, Zapier

B2B Campaigns (primary focus) – qualified consultations, partnership and channel/dealer recruitment, strategy calls, and high-ticket appointment generation.

B2C Campaigns – consumer consultations, quote and assessment campaigns, financing and rebate offers, and high-intent lead capture.

Our current mix spans high-ticket B2B across several industries, with a strong concentration in solar (commercial and residential solar, battery storage, energy independence, solar financing, dealer recruitment, EPC partnerships). You'll be trained on our offers and qualification processes – what we need from you is proven high-ticket lead gen skill that carries over.

CREATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop AI-driven ad creatives using tools such as HeyGen, Sora, ElevenLabs, and Nano Banana Pro
  • Produce static and video ads in Canva Pro, Premiere Pro, and CapCut
  • Test fresh hooks, angles, and offers tailored to each audience and buyer stage
  • Analyse creative performance and iterate quickly
  • Maintain brand consistency while scaling creative assets
  • Ship fresh creative consistently to stay ahead of ad fatigue

Hooks and angles vary by account, but generally fall into:

B2B / commercial: cost reduction, ROI and long-term savings, tax incentives, sustainability and ESG positioning, operational efficiency
B2C / consumer: bill savings, rising costs, government rebates and tax credits, security and resilience, financing options, long-term value

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

You'll be measured on qualified leads and appointments – quality first, volume second.

Example targets (solar accounts, for reference only – the same discipline applies across verticals):

  • B2B USA: $120–400 CPA depending on market, offer, and qualification criteria
  • B2B UK: £80–300 CPA depending on targeting and project size
  • B2C: CPA/CPL targets vary by market, offer structure, and qualification process

Core KPIs across all accounts:

  • Minimum 2.5% CTR across campaigns
  • Strong landing page conversion rates
  • Improved booked-appointment show rates
  • High lead-to-close quality metrics
  • Sales-qualified appointment generation
  • Weekly performance reporting with actionable optimisation insights

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Required:

  • 2+ years of Facebook /Meta Ads experience
  • Proven track record generating qualified B2B leads through Meta Ads (B2C experience a plus)
  • Strong command of:
  • B2B lead generation and high-ticket consultation funnels
  • Multi-step qualification processes
  • B2C consumer acquisition funnels
  • Meta audience targeting (LinkedIn targeting a plus)
  • Portfolio showing ad spend managed, CPL/CPA results, lead gen metrics, and scaling results
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns 3x+ while holding target CPA/CPL
  • Experience running local and multi-location campaigns
  • Ability to diagnose underperforming campaigns and rapidly turn them around

Strong advantage (not required):

  • Proven high-ticket lead gen in any vertical – where each lead is valuable, the sale is consultative, and qualification matters
  • Direct solar lead gen experience (commercial, residential, or both)
  • UK or US market experience
  • Familiarity with high-ticket or solar sales cycles and offer structures

TRAINING & GROWTH PATH

First 30 days – Onboarding into our lead generation systems; understanding offer positioning and qualification processes (including our solar offers).

Months 2–3 – Full account ownership, performance accountability, and scaling of winning campaigns.

Ongoing – Advanced AI creative training, high-ticket lead gen mentorship, and funnel optimisation frameworks.

Performance bonuses are tied to lead quality, appointment show rates, client retention, campaign scalability, and qualified lead generation.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager skills
  • Conversion tracking setup and optimisation
  • CRM integration experience: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Calendly
  • Landing page optimisation knowledge
  • Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve
  • Understanding of Pixel tracking, CAPI setup, and lead attribution

COMPENSATION

Base salary: $1,500–$2,000/month depending on experience

Performance bonus – paid per client campaign managed, based on qualified leads generated, lead quality, appointment show rates, campaign performance and optimisation, client retention and account growth, and consistently hitting CPA/KPI targets. Typical bonuses range from $200–$500+ per month depending on results and number of accounts managed.
