NOT YOUR TYPICAL VA ROLE | Research, AI & Growth Assistant (Long-Term)

Hi, I'm Chent Thambiah, founder of OnePercent, a consulting company based in Australia helping experienced founders all over the world breakthrough their ceiling and unlock massive growth in their brands and businesses.

I'm not looking for a traditional Virtual Assistant.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, researching businesses, using AI, improving systems and taking ownership.

This is a long-term opportunity to become one of the first members of our Growth Operations team.

YOUR ROLE

Your work will generally fall into four key areas.

1. Founder Research

• Research high-quality founders primarily through Instagram & LinkedIn.
• Identify businesses that fit our ideal client profile.
• Organise research inside Slack/Notion/Drive (better yet a custom dashboard if you are AI savy).
• Help us build meaningful relationships with founders.

2. Content Intelligence

• Review long-form coaching calls and interviews.
• Identify powerful testimonial ---------- nts.
• Timestamp clips suitable for short-form content and paid advertising.
• Help build our content library.

3. AI & Systems

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
• Help improve internal workflows.
• Suggest smarter systems and automations that save time without reducing quality.

4. Community & Market Research

• Research founder communities, AI tools, competitors and industry trends.
• Help us identify opportunities as we continue building OnePercent.
