About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced English-language Direct-Response Video Editor to create high-performing video ads for Meta Ads.

This is not a position for beginners. You must have proven experience editing paid-social advertisements and be able to show winning ads that you personally worked on, preferably supported by measurable performance results.

Non-negotiable requirements
Proven experience creating and editing winning ads for Meta.
A strong portfolio of direct-response video advertisements.
The ability to show examples of ads that generated measurable results.
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention, pattern interrupts, captions and calls to action.
Experience creating UGC-style ads, product demonstrations, advertorials, VSLs and other performance-focused formats.
Ability to use AI tools to create different visual styles and turn creative concepts into finished ads.
Ability to understand an idea, execute it accurately and make it real without needing constant supervision.
Strong English comprehension and the ability to edit content for an English-speaking audience.
Availability to work at least 6–8 hours per day.
Capacity to deliver at least two standard ad creatives per day or one long-form ad per day.

Our main acquisition channel will be Meta Ads, so you must understand how to create content that immediately captures attention, maintains viewer retention and drives action.

You will receive creative directions, concepts and proven formulas. Your responsibility will be to turn those ideas into polished, engaging and conversion-focused advertisements, while also producing variations for testing.

Compensation
$1,000 fixed monthly base
Additional cumulative performance bonuses for every creative confirmed as a winning ad
Opportunity for larger and more profitable long-term deals based on consistency, speed and results

Do not apply if you cannot provide relevant direct-response advertising examples. Generic video-editing portfolios, cinematic montages or content without paid-ad experience will not be considered.
