Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded Business Development & Growth Executive to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and expand our client's portfolio.. This role focuses on prospect research, lead generation, outbound outreach, appointment setting, CRM management, and supporting the sales pipeline through disciplined follow-up. The position is remote and offers opportunities for regional growth across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify business opportunities.

Build and maintain a high-quality prospect database and CRM.

Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, email , LinkedIn, and networking.

Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior business leaders.

Prepare prospect briefings and coordinate meeting logistics.

Support email marketing campaigns and track outreach performance.

Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and recommend process improvements.

Leverage AI tools, CRM platforms, and sales technologies to improve productivity and outreach effectiveness.

Contribute market intelligence and support future regional business development initiatives.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, sales support, appointment setting, or B2B marketing.

Experience in professional services, branding, design, advertising, marketing, consulting, or related industries is an advantage.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Confident in cold calling and engaging senior-level decision-makers.

Skilled in prospect research, CRM management, and pipeline tracking.

Proficient with LinkedIn, email outreach, and digital prospecting tools.

Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales automation, and AI-powered research tools is preferred.

Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and able to work independently.

Success Measures

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Generate consistent discovery meetings and new business opportunities.

Ensure accurate CRM and pipeline management.

Improve outreach effectiveness through research, follow-up, and AI-enabled workflows.

Support business growth initiatives within the Philippines and across Southeast Asia.
