About the Role
Primary Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include:
-Entering Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) into our practice management software- documenting payment issues and alerting billing manager of problems.
-Verifying patient insurance benefits and entering in to EMR softwars
-Electronically organizing and filing patient documents within the EHR
-Organizing insurance records, financial documents, receipts, and business records on our secure server
(naming, and filing documents using established procedures)
Performing accurate data entry with a high level of attention to detail
Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed
