About the Role

Help Build a Digital Marketing Agency from the Ground Up

We're a startup digital marketing agency with a simple mission: help businesses grow by creating modern, high-performing websites.

Our long-term vision is to become a global digital marketing agency offering websites, SEO, paid advertising, automation, reputation management, and other digital growth services.

Right now, our focus is selling websites.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just want a job—they want to help build something.

This isn't a traditional Sales Development Representative (SDR) role where you'll follow an existing process. We don't have a perfect client acquisition system yet, and that's exactly why we're hiring.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, testing ideas, improving systems, and helping us discover the best ways to consistently generate new website clients.

If you're excited by startups, love experimenting with new ideas, and enjoy continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Your primary goal is simple:

Help us build a scalable client acquisition system that consistently generates qualified meetings with businesses interested in a new website.

Your responsibilities will include:

Research businesses that could benefit from a new or improved website.
Build high-quality prospect lists.
Identify business owners and key decision-makers.
Create and improve cold email campaigns.
Conduct LinkedIn outreach.
Test different outreach channels and strategies.
Personalize outreach using AI tools where appropriate.
Book qualified appointments with business owners.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Suggest new ideas for generating leads and improving conversions.
Help document processes so they can be repeated as the company grows.
Learn and help implement automation using n8n where appropriate.
Continuously test, measure, and improve our outreach system.

Skills & Experience

Experience in any of the following is beneficial:

Lead generation
Cold email outreach
LinkedIn prospecting
Appointment setting
CRM management
Sales Development
Business Development
Customer Success
Digital marketing
AI tools such as ChatGPT
Automation platforms (especially n8n or similar tools)

No single skill is required—we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and continuously improve.

Success in This Role

Success isn't measured by how many email s you send.

It's measured by results.

Examples include:

Increasing positive reply rates.
Booking qualified meetings.
Improving outreach messaging.
Identifying better target markets.
Finding new ways to generate leads.
Building repeatable systems that can scale as the company grows.
