Part-Time Video Editor (Canva / CapCut) – Remote (Philippines)

OVERVIEW:

We are a growing healthcare and education company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team long-term. Our mission is to create professional, educational content that helps patients, healthcare providers, and attorneys through evidence-based information.

This is not a cinematic editing position. We are not looking for flashy transitions, heavy motion graphics, or social media influencer-style edits. Instead, we value clean, professional, and consistent editing that reinforces our brand and allows viewers to focus on the educational content.

The position is fully remote and ideal for someone in the Philippines looking for a stable, long-term, part-time opportunity with consistent monthly work.

COMPENSATION

Starting compensation is $350 USD per month for a part-time position.

This is a long-term opportunity. As our business continues to grow, there will be opportunities for increased compensation and additional responsibilities for tea ---------- mbers who consistently deliver excellent work.

MONTHLY WORKLOAD

Each month you will be responsible for editing approximately:

90 short-form videos (45–60 seconds each)
12 long-form videos (5–10 minutes each)

This averages approximately 3 short videos per day and 3 long-form videos each week.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

We provide everything you need to complete your work, including:

• Raw video files
• Company branding
• Logo files
• Brand colors
• Fonts
• Editing examples
• Simple editing guidelines
• Google Drive Access

You will not be responsible for creating content from scratch. Your role is to professionally edit and prepare the videos for publishing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will include editing each video using Canva Pro or CapCut.

Every video should include:

• Professional jump cuts where appropriate
• Accurate AI-generated captions with proofreading
• Easy-to-read subtitles for viewers watching without sound
• Company branding at the beginning of each video
• Company branding at the end of each video
• Correct formatting for social media platforms (primarily vertical 9:16)
• High-quality exports
• Uploading completed videos to our shared Google Drive

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should be comfortable using one or more of the following:

• Canva Pro (preferred)
• CapCut

You should also be familiar with:

• Automatic caption generation
• Basic video editing
• Google Drive
• File organization
• Quality Standards

QUALITY & CONSISTENCY:

Successful candidates will consistently meet the following standards:

• Videos delivered within 24-48 hours after receiving raw footage.
• AI-generated captions must be carefully proofread and at least 98% accurate.
• Branding, fonts, colors, logo placement, and formatting must remain consistent across every video.
• Videos should require little to no revision before publishing.
• Final products should look clean, polished, and professional while maintaining a consistent company brand.
