About the role
We’re looking for a part-time Sales/Lead Qualifier to handle inbound leads, run discovery calls, and help improve our overall sales process.
This is not just a “call and book” role. We want someone who:
1. Understands how sales actually works
2. Can think beyond scripts
3. Is open to learning and improving with us

You’ll work closely with the founder, who will handle closing — your role is to make sure the right people get there.

Compensation:

  • Part-time role with performance-based incentives
  • Uncapped commission: 5% for every booked call that converts into a closed deal

What you’ll be doing

  • Call inbound leads who have already shown interest
  • Run structured discovery conversations
  • Qualify leads and determine fit
  • Book calls with the founder
  • Manage and update CRM accurately (notes, statuses, follow-ups)
  • Follow up consistently — no leads should fall through the cracks
  • Track conversations and maintain clear records
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements in:

1. Call flow
2. Lead handling
3. Follow-up process

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in sales, lead qualification, or client-facing calls
  • Strong understanding of the sales process (not just scripts)
  • Excellent spoken English — clear, neutral, and easy to understand (non-negotiable)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable and experienced using CRM systems
  • Strong follow-up discipline — you don’t forget leads or miss callbacks
  • Confident communicator who can guide conversations naturally
  • Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
  • Able to collaborate and contribute ideas to improve the process
  • Self-sufficient and is very comfortable asking questions to understand the process

Work setup requirements (non-negotiable)

  • Quiet, dedicated workspace (no background noise or interruptions)
  • Reliable internet connection
  • High-quality microphone or headset (clear, professional audio)

Nice to have (not required)

  • Experience in NDIS or similar industries
  • Experience improving or building sales processes
  • Familiarity with CRM tools

Important to know

  • This is a part-time role to start
  • You are not expected to close deals initially
  • You will be trained on NDIS and the offer
  • This role can grow into a full-time or closing role over time
