We're a growing international team seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cosmetic Compliance Consultant to join us. The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and eager to contribute to a purpose-driven company that values accuracy, integrity, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cosmetic regulatory compliance assessments, including ingredient reviews, label reviews, and documentation audits across multiple regions.
• Support the preparation and submission of compliance documentation for various markets.
• Review and interpret regulatory frameworks relevant to cosmetic products.
• Collaborate closely with our Head of Cosmetic and the project team to ensure deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in cosmetic regulatory compliance (pharmaceutical or therapeutic experience will also be considered).
• Strong understanding of international cosmetic regulations (knowledge of two or more of the regions listed above is highly regarded).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, punctual, and responsible, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Tech-savvy, with comfort using Microsoft 365, Teams, and project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar).

Training and Growth
We provide training to expand your compliance knowledge across multiple international regions. You'll have the opportunity to develop deeper expertise in cosmetic compliance as we continue to grow and evolve together.
Work Schedule & Compensation

Employment Type: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)
Hours: Between 30-40 hours per week Monday to Friday. This is a 6-8 hour block daily. Set hours to be agreed upon during the hiring process.
Location: Remote — please note the team operates on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), and availability during these hours is required.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities over time.
