B2B Appointment Setter — Outbound Calls to US Accounting Firms

About Us

Universal Bean Counters is a US-based offshore staffing company founded by a CPA. We place skilled remote accountants with American CPA and bookkeeping firms. Our service sells itself once we get a conversation — your job is to start those conversations.

The Role

You will call US accounting firm owners and partners and book 15–30 minute intro meetings for our founder to close. This is outbound phone work — not Instagram DMs, not data entry.

Make 80–100 outbound dials per day to CPA/bookkeeping firms (list, dialer, and CRM all provided)
Follow and improve a proven call script — we will train you on our pitch
Qualify prospects (firm size, staffing pain, decision-maker) before booking
Book meetings directly on our founder's calendar and send confirmations/reminders to reduce no-shows
Log every call outcome in the CRM
Attend a 30-minute weekly review call

Requirements (please do not apply if you don't meet these)

2+ years OUTBOUND B2B phone experience — BPO outbound campaigns, lead generation agency, or SDR work
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
Comfortable calling business owners and handling rejection professionally
Reliable: your own computer, noise-cancelling headset, quiet workspace, stable internet (at least 25 Mbps, with backup)
Able to work US business hours consistently

Nice to Have

Experience calling professional services (accounting, legal, financial)
Experience with dialers (PhoneBurner, Kixie, JustCall) and CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
