Job Overview
The Account Manager is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by fostering strong relationships, understanding client needs, and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams. As an account manager, you are responsible for managing the relationships with clients. They must speak English fluently without an accent. Additionally, the candidate must be presentable, as this is a client-facing role, and should have a strong background working with American clients.
The position includes:
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.
- Account Management: Understand the client's business objectives, industry challenges, and pain points to tailor solutions and offerings effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Customer Feedback: Collect qualitative feedback from customers regarding their support experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Create monthly marketing performance reports (Facebook Ads, Semrush, Bright Local, AdWords, Analytics).
- Meet with clients at least once a month using Google Meet to review reports, progress, and plan future actions.
- Responsible for handling incoming calls and providing support or assistance as needed.
- Document customer service requests and follow through on open items for clients.
- Follow up on customer service requests weekly to ensure they are in progress and close the loop with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak English without an accent and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills required to convey information.
- Must have prior experience in customer service, phone sales, or account management for a marketing agency.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and Social Media
- Must have a reliable internet connection with a backup option and a quiet, distraction-free working environment.
- Must have prior experience working the night shift (8 am to 5 pm Eastern time).
Job Type: Full-Time 40 hrs Weekly
