Operations Manager – Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Philippine Time)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)

We operate a multi-entity portfolio spanning mortgage lending, insurance, tax services, and real estate investment/property management in the US. We're looking for an Operations Manager to bring structure to day-to-day operations across the portfolio and drive the adoption of AI tools that make the business run leaner and faster.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across the portfolio's business lines (mortgage, insurance & tax, property management, real estate fund).
Build, document, and maintain SOPs and workflows that work across multiple entities.
Identify and implement AI tools to improve efficiency in operations, reporting, and client-facing workflows - including supporting our in-progress AI bookkeeping platform initiative.
Track KPIs and prepare operational reporting across entities.
Coordinate with the existing team, contractors, and vendors to keep projects and deadlines on track.
Support scaling initiatives - property acquisitions, fund growth, process automation.
Bring organization and follow-through to a fast-moving, multi-entity operation.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Business Operations Lead, or similar - ideally in financial services, real estate, or a multi-entity business.
Real, hands-on experience applying AI tools to business operations (workflow automation, AI-assisted reporting, or similar) — not just familiarity with the concept.
Track record of building or maintaining SOPs and KPI tracking.
Strong organizational and cross-team coordination skills in a remote environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Advantage: Experience in financial services, mortgage, insurance, or real estate is a strong plus.
Comfortable working directly with ownership in a hands-on, high-accountability role.
