We're Fundrock Capital, a fast-growing private real estate lender in New York. We fund HELOCs, DSCR loans, fix & flip, bridge, and new construction deals through a nationwide network of broker and ISO partners — and our pipeline is growing faster than we can manage it.
We're hiring ONE exceptional Account Manager VA to own our partner pipeline. This is not a task-rabbit VA gig. You'll be a core member of a small team, working directly with the founder, with real ownership and a path to grow as we grow.
What you'll actually do:
Manage our ISO/partner deal pipeline daily inside our partner portal (kanban-based, modern stack — we'll train you on it)
Help partners submit deals correctly and chase missing docs so files keep moving
Onboard new broker partners: walk them through signup, agreements, portal training, and their first submission
Communicate with partners and clients by email , SMS, and phone — you must be comfortable ON THE PHONE
Keep our CRM (GoHighLevel) clean and updated
Data entry and pipeline cleanup during downtime
You're a fit if:
EXCELLENT written and spoken English — near-native. You'll be the voice partners hear.
You know real estate financing lingo: LTV, CLTV, DSCR, ISO, pre-approval, clear to close, funding. If you've worked for a US lender, broker, title company, or real estate investor before, you go to the top of the pile.
You pick things up and RUN. We don't want to write you a script for every situation — we want someone who asks smart questions once, then owns it.
Proactive communicator: you flag problems before we find them
Detail-obsessed: one wrong number on a loan file matters
Reliable US Eastern Time availability, quiet home office, strong internet, good headset
