About the Role

Job Description:

Snugell is a fast-growing US private-label brand specializing in CPAP supplies and accessories, with a catalog of over 100 SKUs sold primarily through Amazon FBA. Advertising is central to our growth, and we are seeking an experienced PPC Manager to take ownership of day-to-day advertising operations.

The primary focus of this role is our Amazon US account — it is our largest marketplace by a wide margin and where the substantial majority of your time and attention will go. We also maintain a smaller advertising presence on Amazon Canada, Amazon UK, and Walmart Marketplace, which require lighter ongoing management and periodic optimization.

You will report to the Director of Operations. Our advertising operation is well-documented — established SOPs, standardized campaign structures, and automation rules are already in place. Your role is to execute these systems with precision, identify what the automation misses, and grow revenue while maintaining efficiency.

We are an AI-forward company. We use Claude Code and AI-assisted workflows throughout our advertising and reporting operations, and we expect this role to work the same way.

Responsibilities:

Own day-to-day management of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across 100+ ASINs on Amazon US
Provide lighter-touch management of Amazon Canada, Amazon UK, and Walmart Connect (via Walmart Seller Center) — routine bid maintenance, budget oversight, and periodic optimization
Conduct weekly bid, budget, and placement optimizations in accordance with our SOPs
Perform keyword research and rank tracking using DataDive and Helium 10 to inform campaign targeting and listing keyword strategy
Perform ongoing search term harvesting and negative keyword management, maintaining and expanding our per-product-family negative keyword library
Launch campaigns for new products following our established naming conventions and campaign architecture (single-keyword campaigns, product targeting, and auto campaigns)
Monitor TACOS (our primary efficiency metric), ACOS, and organic rank movement, and act on divergences
Oversee and audit Scale Insights automation rules, escalating anomalies promptly
Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Cowork, or comparable) to accelerate analysis, reporting, and campaign work
Deliver weekly performance reports to the Director of Operations covering what changed, why, and planned next actions
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate advertising adjustments to mitigate stockout risk
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience managing accounts with $10,000+ in monthly ad spend
Deep understanding of ACOS versus TACOS, including the judgment to know when a high-ACOS campaign remains strategically valuable
Hands-on experience with DataDive for keyword research, ranking analysis, and listing optimization
Experience with Scale Insights, Sellerboard, or comparable tools; Helium 10 for keyword research
Proficiency with bulk files and the Amazon Ads console; exposure to the Amazon Ads API is a plus
Demonstrated experience working with AI tools — hands-on use of Claude Code, Cowork, ChatGPT, or similar for data analysis, reporting, or workflow automation. You should be comfortable writing effective prompts, validating AI output against source data, and integrating AI into your daily workflow rather than treating it as a novelty
Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Excellent written English — reporting must be clear, accurate, and decision-ready
Minimum 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time
Rigorous analytical habits: decisions are validated across multiple time windows, not based on a single 7-day view
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Walmart Connect and/or Amazon Canada and UK marketplaces
Experience in medical or health-adjacent product categories, with awareness of Amazon compliance requirements (no medical claims)
Experience using AI agents or the Amazon Ads API for campaign automation
