We are seeking a highly professional, sharp, and disciplined Virtual Assistant to join our support ecosystem. This is a fast-paced role that requires a high level of professional maturity and administrative accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Support: Deliver premium customer service by efficiently managing technical and logistics inquiries via phone (OpenPhone/Google Voice) and email (Gmail).
• Operational Alignment: Execute administrative tasks to support our California and Athens-based administrative teams.
• Rapid Information Routing: Gather client data meticulously over the phone and route technical escalations instantly to our internal team via Microsoft Teams.
• Data Integrity: Maintain absolute precision across backend systems (Shopify Admin, Amazon Seller Central, and internal tracking sheets) using established corporate templates.

Shift Schedule & Location

• Hours: Strictly 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Note: This converts to 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Manila Time (Graveyard Shift, Monday to Friday). Punctuality and consistent shift coverage are mandatory.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in phone, chat, and email support. Applicants without verifiable customer support experience will not be considered.

• Technical Savvy & Computer Skills: Strong basic computer literacy (efficient file management, tab navigation, and screenshotting) with the ability to quickly learn new software interfaces like Shopify Admin and Amazon Seller Central. You must be comfortable studying technical specifications and environmental safety limits.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a professional, confident, and reassuring phone presence.

Technical Setup Requirements

• Hardware: Laptop or Desktop PC equipped with an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent), minimum 8GB RAM, and an SSD for high-speed file handling.
• Audio: Professional noise-canceling headset (crucial for live customer calls).
• Connectivity: High-speed, stable primary internet with a verified backup power/data solution (e.g., mobile hotspot) ready for emergencies.
• Environment: A dedicated, isolated, and completely quiet home office space free from background noise.
