Remote | Full-Time (40+ hours/week) ***Salary is negotiable IF we find the PERFECT person for everything.
We may also hire a second part-time tea ---------- mber (10–15 hours/week) with a stronger background in marketing, digital products, websites, automation, or course creation. We're looking for the best people, even if that means splitting the responsibilities between two roles.

About Us
We are a fast-growing group of businesses in the childcare, newborn care, and parenting space looking for someone who loves wearing many hats and wants to become an important part of a growing company.
You'll work directly with the owner across three businesses:
An on-demand childcare platform
A nanny and newborn care placement agency
A newborn care specialist and sleep training brand that is rapidly expanding through digital products, online education, webinars, and courses.
This is not your typical administrative position. Every day is different, and we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, loves helping people, and wants to grow alongside a company that's scaling quickly.

What We're Looking For
You must:
Be able to work 8:00am-5:00pm EST (unless you are looking to help with just building courses and website work which would be the second role)
Speak and write fluent English.
Be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Be dependable and self-motivated.
Be able to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
Take initiative and solve problems independently.
Be comfortable working directly with the owner while also managing your own workload.

Responsibilities
Client Support
Answer client phone calls, email s, and text messages.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Help schedule consultations and appointments.
Ensure inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
Operations & Administration
Organize and maintain Google Drive files and documents.
Create contracts, forms, PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, and other business documents.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
Communicate with our technology team regarding bugs, updates, and feature requests when needed.
Childcare Platform
Review babysitter applications.
Interview prospective babysitters.
Onboard new sitters.
Help ensure bookings are successfully filled.
Assist with scheduling.
Coordinate sitter onboarding paperwork.
Send weekly Mailchimp campaigns.
Help identify influencers, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Placement Agency
Post available positions.
Review applications.
Interview candidates.
Coordinate onboarding.
Send contracts and client updates.
Keep candidate files organized and current.
Sleep Consulting & Education Brand
Help us continue building and scaling an educational brand for parents by assisting with:
Building and organizing online courses.
Creating and organizing digital products.
Webinar support.
PDFs, guides, handouts, and educational resources.
ManyChat automations.
Kit (formerly ConvertKit).
Kajabi (or similar course platforms).
Social media organization.
Email sequences.
Helping brainstorm and launch new products and ideas.
Marketing & Growth
Mailchimp email campaigns.
Canva graphics.
Social media support.
Community partnerships.
Influencer outreach.
Brainstorming new ways to grow the business.
Helping improve systems and processes.
Supporting new ideas and special projects.
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Experience with any of the following is a plus:

AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
