Anime Video Director & AI Generator - (Storyboarding + Generation + Sound Design Required)

AI Video (Anime Style) — Micro-Project

We're looking for a highly creative, technical, and disciplined AI Video Generator to create AI-generated anime video content about dentistry, and transform raw educational and clinical dental footage into high-octane, dramatic anime-style content for short-form feeds. This is primarily an AI video generation role — not traditional editing or branding work. CapCut or similar tools are used only to assemble, adjust, and stitch already-generated assets together.
Key Responsibilities
AI Transformation: Process clinical dental footage and dramatic facial expressions (sometimes recording your own) through DomoAI, and generate anime-style cutaways using tools like NanoBanana, Veo, or Kling AI.
Text-to-Video Dental B-Roll: Generate cinematic, abstract anime cutaways using AI prompts to visually explain complex concepts.
CapCut (or similar) Assembly: Stitch clips, add kinetic pop-up captions, crash zooms, impact frames, and speed ramps.
Premium Sound Design: Source and layer intense shonen-style SFX to drive comedic and dramatic timing.
Format for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Facebook .
Asset Management: Organise raw files, drafts, and finalised assets securely.
Required Skills
Storyboarding, character creation, and character consistency across scenes.
Hands-on experience generating video with AI tools (DomoAI, Runway, Veo, Kling, or similar), with fast, iterative prompting.
Basic to intermediate CapCut (or similar): stitching, text overlays, pacing, exporting ad-ready formats.
Understanding of short-form hook mechanics — why the first 3 seconds matter, and why native-looking content often outperforms polished edits.
Deep familiarity with anime culture, shonen tropes, and comedic pacing.
Ability to hit tight deadlines and daily targets independently.
Nice to Have
Previous anime-style clip experience.
Familiarity with creative testing/variations and UGC-style ads.
Time Commitment
A few focused hours per week (long-term, daily basis), consistent availability, long-term if output is strong.
