Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to property owners across the United States to determine whether they are interested in selling their homes.

Your primary responsibility is to start conversations with homeowners, build rapport, identify motivated sellers, and qualify leads for potential property purchases. You should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, handling objections professionally, and maintaining a friendly, conversational approach.

This role is ideal for someone self-motivated, persuasive, goal-oriented, and who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Compensation

Base Pay: USD $3–$5 per hour (depending on experience).

Commission:

• $2 for every qualified lead.
• $10 for every appointment set.
• $100 for every signed contract.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US property owners; determine interest in selling; build rapport; qualify motivated sellers; handle objections; update CRM; meet call and lead targets.

Required Qualifications

• Willing to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent.
• Previous cold calling experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate cold calling, acquisitions, wholesaling, investor lead generation, CRM/dialers, and speaking with US homeowners is a plus. Familiarity with real estate terminology is an advantage.
